What happens if I run out of credits?+
You'll receive a monthly top-up as part of your subscription. You can also purchase additional credit top-up bundles from the billing page.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Subscriptions are 12-month commitments. However, if you cancel early, unused credits and remaining EMIs are handled per our cancellation policy. We may offer a 'Ghost Tier' downgrade as an alternative.
How does credit escrow work?+
When you submit a task, credits are escrowed (held). They're only deducted when you approve the final delivery. If a task is cancelled before completion, credits are fully refunded.
What are the revision limits?+
Each task comes with 2 free revisions within a 14-day warranty period. Additional major revisions may cost credits depending on scope.
Is the 30% upfront charged immediately?+
Yes, the 30% upfront payment is charged when you activate your subscription. This secures your spot and covers the first batch of onboarding work.
